STHDIUM REGULATIONS Celtic UNACCEPTABLE CONDUCT AT CELTIC PARK AND AWAY FOOTBALL STADIA '///////////////////A ////A '/A A/////////A y/M///////////////////A//j In the event of a stadium evacuation please follow the directions of the Police and stewards NORTH STAND (JANEFIELD STREET) MAIN SOUTH STAND (KERRYDALE STREET) ALL supporters are reminded that the Ground Regulations insist that spectators remain seated during the match. Please remain seated throughout the match in the interests of your own safety and that of your fellow supporters. The advice from Police Scotland is: "We do not wish to in any way to prevent spectators from fully enjoying football matches. "However, the safety of those attending must be paramount at all times. We fully support Celtic FC in this matter and we fully endorse their message to supporters." Celtic Football Club will not tolerate unacceptable conduct at Celtic Park or at away football stadia. Unacceptable Conduct is conduct which is violent or disorderly. Violent conduct includes any actual, attempted or threatened physical violence against any person, or intentional damage to property. Disorderly conduct includes: Conduct which stirs up or sustains, or is likely or is designed to stir up or sustain, hatred or ill will against or towards individuals or groups of people based on their membership or presumed membership of the following categories: Gender, colour, race, nationality (including citizenship) or ethnic or national origin Membership or presumed membership, of a religious group or of a social or cultural group with perceived religious affiliation Sexual orientation Transgender identity Disability or against an individual who is or is presumed to be a member of such group. Using threatening, abusive or insulting words or conduct. Displaying writing or any other thing which is threatening, abusive or insulting. Using words or conduct or displaying any writing or other thing which indicates support for, or affiliation to, or celebration of, or opposition to an organisation or group proscribed in terms of the Terrorism Act 2000. A detailed description of unacceptable conduct is set out below. A person present at or in the immediate environs of an Official Match engages in Unacceptable Conduct where their conduct is violent and/or disorderly. Conduct is violent where there is (i) actual, attempted or threatened physical violence against a person or persons; or (ii) intentional damage to property. Disorderly conduct includes (i) conduct which stirs up or sustains or is likely or designed to stir up or sustain, hatred or ill will against or towards a group of persons based on their membership or presumed membership of a group defined by reference to a category mentioned below or against an individual who is or is presumed to be a member of such group; (ii) using threatening, abusive or insulting words or conduct; (iii) displaying any writing or other thing which is threatening, abusive or insulting; or (iv) using words or conduct or displaying any writing or other thing which indicates support for, or affiliation to, or celebration of, or opposition to an organisation or group proscribed in terms of the Terrorism Act 2000. "Presumed" means presumed by the person or persons engaged in the conduct. The categories referred to above are:- female or male gender; colour, race, nationality (including citizenship) or ethnic or national origin; membership of a religious group or of a social or cultural group with a perceived religious affiliation; sexual orientation; transgender identity; and disability "Religious group" means a group of persons defined by reference to their religious belief or lack of religious belief, membership of or adherence to a church or religious organisation, support for the culture and traditions of a church or religious organisation and/or participation in activities associated with such a culture or such traditions. "Transgender identity" means any one or more of transvestism, transsexualism, inter- sexuality or change of gender. "Disability" means physical or mental impairment of any kind. This list is not exhaustive and must be read in conjunction with the Stadium Regulations. ANY PERSON ENGAGING IN UNACCEPTABLE CONDUCT MAY BE SUBJECT TO ANY, OR A COMBINATION OF THE FOLLOWING: Removal from the Stadium Suspension from attending Official Matches involving Celtic Football Club Indefinite ban from attending Official Matches involving Celtic Football Club Report to the police and possible criminal proceedings Celtic Football Club was established in 1888 as a Club open to all.
