Fans will have to wait a little while to see City's
fourth summer signing in action as ex-Portsmouth
defender Andre Blackman is recovering from ankle
surgery at present.
The promising left-back, still aged just 18,
has previous football experience with Arsenal,
Tottenham Flotspur and Pompey - but is still
waiting for his first taste of competitive football.
City have five new faces on-board for the
2009/10 season.
Two Scotland internationals have joined the
club - David Clarkson and Paul Hartley - along
with striker Danny Flaynes, goalkeeper Dean
Gerken and young defender Andre Blackman.
David, 23, arrives for an undisclosed fee from
Motherwell, where his entire career to date has
