Sunderland will kick off the new season sporting two brand new
strips from Umbro and will show off the new blue kit today.

Huge crowds turned out for the launch
of the dark navy and deep royal blue
away strip last month just as they
did for the launch of the new home
outfit at the end of last season.
No doubt many of you will be already
sporting your new strips at the match
today and looking forward to showing
your colours as the season kicks off at
home to Liverpool in a fortnight's time.
Both strips can be ordered online
at safc.com or in person at the club
stores at the stadium, within Debenhams
in Sunderland city centre or within
Sainsburys in The Galleries, Washington.
Remember that strips bought directly
from the club mean that when you
show your support by wearing your
colours the money you've paid goes
straight to the club you're supporting.
The home kit sees Sunderland
change the colour of the socks
back from black to red while in
making the away kit blue the club
are making good use of what was
its original playing colours.
