This time of year is always a very busy
time for the ticket office with the
administration of Ambassador Season
tickets for the forthcoming season.
With nearly 14,000 Ambassadors for the
2008/09 season this task has been bigger than
ever, with one of the main areas that make our
job a little more difficult being the Ambassador
identity cards with the added detail of
photographs.
We have now sent out all the Ambassador
tickets and cards and they should be with the
majority of you already. We anticipate that the
final tickets should arrive, if you haven't
already received them, by the middle of next
week as the post filters through. Please call us
if you have any concerns.
Due to the high base level of Ambassadors this
season, you should make sure to purchase
your match tickets as early as possible. With
nearly 14,000 Ambassadors and only a home
capacity of 18,000 this means we only have a
maximum of 4,000 tickets to sell on a game by
game basis.
We have sold our full Ambassador allocation in
certain areas of the ground, which means there
are only small numbers available in the Spar
Family Stand and the Bob Bank Terrace. If you
want to make sure you can gain entry to these
areas as stated you really need to purchase
early.
We should see a superb average attendance
for the final year at Ninian Park, but make sure
you don't miss out. The start of the new
exciting Championship season will get
underway in just over a week and the Bluebirds
will entertain The Saints of Southampton at
Ninian Park on Saturday 9th August kick off
3pm.
As stated make sure you get your tickets now
to avoid disappointment we are already looking
at a bumper crowd, so get yours now.
We will over the coming months be giving out
information concerning the ticketing
arrangements for the new stadium. As you can
see the stadium is well underway and looks
very impressive indeed.
All Ambassadors this season will get the
opportunity to have first priority on the seats
across the road and we will be in contact with
you later on in the year to invite you to Ninian
Park and reserve your superb new seat for the
2009-2010 season.
