The Rangers Football Club pic Matchday Hospitality Terms Conditions Season 2007/2008 1Reservations will not be deemed as confirmed bookings until payment is received in full. Bookings made by credit card are automatically confirmed. 2. Confirmation letter or receipt of payment will be issued as confirmation of booking within 10 working days of reservation. 3. If payment is not received within 21 days of the initial reservation the booking will be released. 4. Should a late availability facility be secured (booking within 7 working days of fixture] a credit card payment will be required to secure the booking in order that the relevant documents can be forwarded to you in good time. 5. Matchday invitations detailing a full itinerary will be forwarded approximately ten working days prior to the fixture providing full payment has been received. 6. Failure to make payment by due date will result in invitations being withheld. Rangers Football Club reserves the right to refuse entry to the Stadium and its facilities where the client has any outstanding debt to the Club. 7. Cancellation of a confirmed reservation must be made in writing. 8. Any cancellation of a confirmed reservation will be subject to cancellation charges as follows: Cancellation fees: More than 7 days in advance of fixture - refund in full Within 7 days of fixture - 25% of total cost due Within 3 days of fixture - 100% of total cost due 9. Where a multiple match package is purchased, the client must confirm in writing within three working days of the event if they are unable to attend any pre booked fixture. The Club will, where possible make endeavors to accommodate this booking at an alternative fixture subject to availability. Where less than three working days notice is given by the client the Club is not liable to transfer the booking or to refund payment for any matches covered in the package agreement for which the client is unable to attend. Any outstanding fixtures booked as a multiple match package not taken before the end of any given season will be forfeited. 10. Group bookings of 12 places or more require a 10% deposit payable at time of booking with balance and confirmation of final booking numbers due 21 days prior to fixture. 11Bookings for 8 places or less may be accommodated on a shared table basis. 12. The Client is entrusted with the responsibility of ensuring that the high standard of behaviour already established at Ibrox Stadium is maintained, and must also ensure that representatives and guests adhere to the generally accepted standards of behaviour and conduct as indicated in the Ibrox Stadium Ground Regulations and as stated in the Club's 'Pride Over Prejudice' policy. Any breach of this clause or failure to comply in any material respect with the terms of this agreement or any of such regulation, the Club shall be entitled forthwith to terminate the booking(s] without compensation to the Client and to revoke any right to receive provision of the Services. On such termination the Club shall be free to deal with the facilities as it thinks fit. 13. It is not permitted for any representative or guest to bring to or consume at their facility any food or drink (whether alcoholic or otherwise] not provided by the Club. 14. In accordance with Scottish Licensing Law, the consumption of alcohol is not permitted at half-time or out with the confines of the corporate facilities. 15. The Club reserves the right to refuse admission to or reject any person whose dress is not in keeping with the high standard of dress customary for those attending matchday hospitality. It is expressly forbidden to wear team colours of any kind, denim clothing or sportswear when attending matchday hospitality. This rule applies to all persons attending corporate facilities including females and children. 16. The facilities usea are to be left in clean and tidy condition at the end of each period of use. If any damage is done to the facilities, Club property or any part of Ibrox stadium by the Client or their representatives or guests then the expense of making good the same is to be paid by the Client. 17. Admittance is strictly by officially sanctioned invitation and guests will not be permitted entry until times indicated on invitation. 18. The Club reserves the right to vary the provision and packages depending on match kick off times and licensing restrictions. 19. The Club reserves the right to vary or change the dates of matches and/or kck off times without notice to the Client, however, the Club will make every effort to notify in the event of such a change. In the event of a change in date or time of match, the Club will not be liable for any additional costs incurred by the client such as travel or accommodation costs. 20. The Club disclaims all liability for loss or damage to any equipment or personal belongings of the Client or guests. 21. The Client is forbidden to use corporate places as a prize in a lottery, competition or for any other promotional or advertising purpose unless expressly authorized in writing by the Club. Any ticket obtained in breach of this clause shall be void and the Club will have the right to confiscate and deny access or eject anyone who has used that ticket to gain access all without obligation to refund the purchase price to the purchaser. 22. Car Parking 22.1. In the interest of safety, drivers must ensure vehicles are parked at least 90 minutes before kick-off. Drivers must park in the areas designated on their invitations and not in any loading bays below the concourses of the stands or the bays directly in front of the Megastore. Vehicles not parked in designated areas will be removed and drivers could face a fine of up to £150. This will be out with the control of Rangers Football Club. Vehicles are parked at the owners risk, Rangers Football Club will not be held responsible for any damage to vehicles. 22.2. The Club disclaims all liability for loss or damage to cars parked within the Car Park and their contents. 22.3. Parking places associated with corporate packages are particular to you and cannot be sold, transferred or assigned. 22.4. Parkng accreditation does not entitle the holder, unless otherwise specified, to any particular space in the Car Park. Accreditation must be displayed upon entrance to the car park for which it relates and to any official of the Club in stewarding or associated duties, when requested. 23. Ibrox is a no smoking stadium with smoking prohibited throughout the entire confines of the stadium including all corporate lounges/boxes and seating areas. Failure to comply with this law is a criminal offence punishable by a fixed penalty fine. Due to safety regulations, Clients are not permitted to leave the building for the purposes of smoking, should they do so it is likely that they will be refused re-entry. 24. Children under the age of 18 are permitted within hospitality areas however must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. 25. Rangers Football Club has an exclusivity agreement with Molson Coors therefore in line with this agreement only Carling/Coors brands are provided across our hospitality areas and bars.
