New arena
Start-the regional football team of Southern Norway proudly
welcomes our European guests to Norway and will do our very best
to make your stay a great experience. Beside the sport's results, our
mission is to deliver the best and most spectacular entertainment
and the greatest emotional and commercial values in return to our
audience, our sponsors and to our owners.
Tonight, we are playing at Lillestrpm's arena, as our home ground is
not approved by UEFA regulations. We appreciate the hospitality we
are met with here at Arasen.
Next year - at the best location you can imagine - at the seaside
of Marvika just outside the centre of Kristiansand, we will open a
new stadium. March 2007 will reveal a brand new way of enjoying
football and commit to Start. Not only at the Sport's field. The pitch
will open great opportunities for large events and will room all sorts
of VIP treatments with lounges, restaurants and other facilities
to secure a top-level hospitality program. The stadium will have
room for a total of 14 000 seats when hosting a sports event or
20-22,000 people when hosting a concert.
