Behavioural policy
In the interests of public safety we would ask all supporters to
co-operate with the following policy.
1 Under no circumstances are people allowed on to the pitch. This an offence
under the Football (offences) Act 1991
2 Supporters must not use racial chants or indecent and abusive language
whilst in the stadium. This an offence under the Football (offences) Act 1991
3 The throwing of any items on to or towards the pitch or in to an area for
spectators is strictly forbidden. This an offence under the Football (offences) Act
1991.
4 Consumption of alcohol in view of the pitch is contrary to licensing
regulations and will lead to ejection. This is an offence under the Sporting Events
(control of alcohol) act 1985.
5 You are asked to observe ground regulations by not bringing in to the stadium
any objects that might cause injury to others.
6 This is an all-seater stadium and persistent standing in the seated areas will
lead to you being asked to leave or ejected.
7 In the interest of public safety you are requested to refrain from standing in,
blocking or sitting in any gangways, exits or stairwells.
8 You are reminded that flash photography is not allowed in the stadium
The following information is for the benefit of spectators
and to ensure all who attend games at Loftus Road do
so in comfort and safety.
Evacuation message
In the event of an emergency evacuation, the following
message will be played over the stadium public address
system. Please listen carefully and follow all instructions
given to you by the stewards.
"Ladies and gentlemen, due to unforeseen circumstances,
it is not possible to continue this event. Please leave the
stadium as quickly and as quietly as possible using exits
indicated to you by the stewards."
Please note that should an evacuation be carried out,
refunds will not be considered at the time. However retain
your ticket and await further information from the club.
H Should you require medical first aid during
your visit, contact the nearest steward
who will arrange for qualified first aiders
to assist you. First Aid teams are located
at all four corners of the playing area.
The medical First Aid centre is situated under Block T
at the rear of the Ellerslie Road Stand.
