13. Commitments
The NV has made no substantial obligations other than the rental agreement with the
ArenA, commitments to players concerning the exploitation of portrait rights and lease
commitments for cars.
The rental agreement with the ArenA amounts to at least NLG 6.9 million per year and is
dependent on the gate receipts. The other obligations mentioned above amount to
NLG 2.7 million NLG 1 million annually, respectively.
