MANAGEMENT TEAM

Supervisory Board
The Supervisory Board is made up as follows:
M. van Praag (50), Chairman
Michael van Praag is owner/director of Tracks Take Off Multitronics Holding B.V. This is a
Company which, among other things, exploits tax-free shops in audio-visual equipment at
the airports of Amsterdam (Schiphol), London (Gatwick) and ZQrich. He is also a member
of the section committee professional football of the KNVB and Chairman of the
Association.
A.L. van Os (60)
Until 1986, Arie van Os was a partner with Van der Moolen en Co, the Amsterdam-based
brokerage firm. After the company was listed on the Amsterdam Stock Exchange, he was
Chairman of the Board until 1988. Between 1988 and 1991 he was on the Advisory Board
of Kas Associatie N.V. In 1989, Arie Van Os became a member of the Board of Directors of
Ajax, with responsibility for financial affairs. Arie Van Os is currently a member of the
'licence affairs' commission of the KNVB. Furthermore, Arie van Os is a member of the
Supervisory Board of Stadion Amsterdam N.V.
H.P.J. Henrichs (43)
Hennie Henrichs studied chemical engineering at the Amsterdam Polytechnic. After
finishing his studies, he worked from 1976 to 1988 in the central laboratory of the Blood
Transfusion Service in Amsterdam. In 1988 he started working at Pharmachemie B.V. in
Haarlem, where he is now Vice-President Pharmachemie International. Hennie Henrichs has
been a member of the Association since 1964, and has been a member of its Board of
Directors, responsible for Technical Affairs, since 1989.
The Supervisory Board currently consists of three members. It is expected that the number
of members will be increased to five. Three members of the Supervisory Board shall have
the special confidence of the Association based on the Supervisory Board regulations. Of
the current members of the Supervisory board, these are Messrs. Van Praag, Van Os and
Henrichs.
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is made up as follows:
M.P. Oldenhof (36), Managing Director and only member of the Executive Board
Maarten Oldenhof studied business economics at Groningen University and worked as a
Management Consultant from 1987 to 1991. He started working for Ajax as Financial
Director in 1991, and was appointed Managing Director in 1996. He is also Chairman of the
interim management of ENV.
B.J. Hillen (39), Commercial Director
Bob-Jan Hillen studied law and business administration in Amsterdam and Delft. From
1984 he worked as Sales Representative, International Account Manager and Marketing
Manager with IBM Nederland. Between 1992 and 1994 he worked for the sponsoring
consultancy firm MdH Communication Ltd. In 1994 he started working for Ajax as
Commercial Director.
