This item mainly consists of income generated by the sale of season tickets, which was received early.
Commitments and contingencies not included in the balance sheet
The NV has not entered into any substantial obligations other than the rental agreements with the ArenA, commit
ments to players concerning the exploitation of image rights and the lease commitments for company cars.
The commitments by virtue of rental agreements with the ArenA amount to at least NLG 7.5 million per year and
partly depend on gate receipts. The other obligations mentioned make up an annual total of NLG 2.2 million and
NLG 1 million respectively.
